B Well Ladies creates thoughtfully curated retreats and experiences where women can step away from the demands of everyday life, reconnect with themselves, and experience meaningful connection with others.
Each experience is different because women’s needs, seasons, and stories are different. While the setting and focus may change, every B Well Ladies experience is rooted in the same intention: creating space for women to slow down, become more present, understand themselves more deeply, and return home with greater peace, clarity, and purpose.
Our multi-day retreats are immersive experiences hosted at carefully selected retreat venues, often surrounded by the beauty and calm of nature.
These retreats create space for rest, reflection, nervous system support, meaningful conversation, nourishing food, movement, personal growth, and genuine connection. Each location and experience is chosen with intention—from the natural surroundings and comfortable accommodations to thoughtfully prepared, often farm-to-table meals.
Every retreat has its own focus, shaped by what feels most meaningful for the women and the season in which we are gathering.
Our one-day retreats and local gatherings offer women an opportunity to pause and reconnect without traveling far from home.
These experiences may include guided reflection, creativity, movement, meaningful conversation, nervous system practices, shared meals, and time to simply be. Although shorter in length, they are created with the same care and intention as our multi-day retreats.
Our leadership experiences support women who are ready to grow into a more grounded, confident, and authentic way of leading.
Programs such as Lead From Within help retreat leaders move beyond strategy and focus on who they are becoming as leaders. Through guided reflection, leadership development, practical integration, and supportive community, women learn to trust their voices, lead with greater clarity, and create businesses and experiences aligned with who they truly are.
No two B Well Ladies retreats are exactly alike, but most experiences include a thoughtful blend of:
Our retreats follow an intentional agenda, but they are never rigid or overly scheduled. We leave room to respond to the energy, needs, and natural rhythm of the group. Sometimes the most meaningful moments happen in the spaces we could not have planned.
Amy and Joyce are fully present throughout each retreat—not simply facilitating from the outside, but sharing meals, participating in conversations, and being immersed in the experience alongside the women who attend.
Everything offered during a B Well Ladies experience is an invitation.
You are never required to participate in every activity, conversation, or session. This is your time, and you are encouraged to honor what your mind, body, and spirit need.
You may choose to join the group, spend time in quiet reflection, take a walk, rest, or simply breathe. There is no pressure to perform, share more than you wish, or experience the retreat in any particular way.
Come as you are. Participate in the ways that feel right for you.
We do not create retreats that offer only a temporary escape from everyday life.
Drawing from Joyce’s clinical expertise and Amy’s experience in coaching and leadership, we create spaces that support the whole woman—her emotional well-being, nervous system, relationships, purpose, and personal growth.
Our experiences balance professional guidance with warmth, flexibility, and genuine human connection. We care deeply about the details—the setting, food, atmosphere, activities, and sense of welcome—but we care just as much about what women carry home.
Our intention is not simply to help you feel better for a weekend. It is to offer meaningful practices, new perspectives, and practical tools that can support lasting change in your life, relationships, family, workplace, and community.
Every woman’s experience is personal, but you may leave feeling:
Our hope is that you leave with more than beautiful memories. We want you to return home carrying greater peace, clarity, courage, and practical ways to create ongoing change—within yourself and in the lives you touch.
You do not need to arrive with everything figured out. You only need to be willing to pause, listen, and make space for what may be waiting to emerge.
